Enos Imports was founded in 1998 by owner Michael Haritos. Of Greek and Italian descent, Mike is especially suited for the business. He has an inquisitive interest in fine cheeses, olives and olive oils, and these products are his primary items of focus.

Mike makes trips abroad several times each year to seek out the best products to import for his customers. The extensive variety and outstanding quality of specialty merchandise carried by Enos Imports has resulted in a customer base of many fine restaurants and gourmet shops throughout New York City and the surrounding areas.

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands. With over 254 Km  of coastline featuring deep blue turquoise water and sandy beaches, Kefalonia presents an unspoiled natural environment. Standing almost 1600 meters above the surrounding sea is imposing Mount Enos, the highest mountain on the island. From the top of Mt. Enos you are offered a spectacular panorama of Kefalonia Island and on its slopes you can find a rare species of wild ponies grazing among the tall, cedar-like fir trees that grow nowhere else in the world. On those same graceful slopes grow the olive trees that made this part of the world famous. A beautiful place indeed!
